Senior Study Manager
As Senior Study Manager you will be a specialist in the management of projects within a specific scientific subject area. You will lead projects within your specialist area and through your broad technical understanding of a wider range of methodologies and the drug development process, supervise studies within other scientific areas as required. You may be required to oversee a team who manage a broad range of customer studies. You will be responsible for the delivery of revenue within your directly, and indirectly managed studies. You will have regular and frequent direct contact with customers and will represent the Company during client communication and other external events.
Senior Study Scientist
As a Senior Study Scientist, you will be a technical specialist within at least one specific subject area of Translational Immunology,
Bioassay or SPR. You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing technical projects and working closely with the Study Manager to ensure
that customer studies meet the intended objective. You’ll also lead a small team of expertly trained Study Scientists working on
projects across a range of subject areas, ensuring that the customer study’s objectives are achieved. Once full training and probation
is complete, you will participate in our weekend on call rota.
Bioanalytical Study Manager
Company values, of problem solving, teamwork, and leadership to enable the highest customer study output possible. A focus on their role as study manager within their team is the highest priority, including participating in internal training schemes, technical learning, being able to plan and manage their workload and to provide technical support to Study Scientists.
Study Scientist
As a Study Scientist, you will take all the skills, learning, knowledge and experience gained as a Junior Study Scientist to the next
level. You will have the opportunity to expand on your practical laboratory techniques over several different areas and start to hone
these skills to become specialised in one or more areas within the group. For most tasks, you will work independently, though with
guidance from a Senior Study Scientist, you will support the study management team throughout the customer project by
contributing to various aspects of the wider project, including, but not limited to, co-ordination of data analysis, analysis template
preparation and preparation of laboratory paperwork, as well as by taking action to keep a project progressing effectively and
efficiently.
